Kiersten grew up in a family of musicians and singers, always surrounded by music. She started piano at a young age and began learning cello in middle school. Kiersten’s musical experience is quite expansive, including orchestra, fiddler groups, vocal competitions, piano competitions, and choir.

Her experience as a music educator, nanny, and preschool teacher shapes her approach to working with young children. She focuses on creating a fun, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and excited to participate. Kiersten believes learning music should be joyful, engaging, and full of laughter which helps students grow not only as musicians, but in confidence and creativity. Her lessons incorporate games, ear training, and creative activities to make music enjoyable from the very beginning.
