Shaianne was raised on a small ranch in Wyoming by an elementary music teacher and a true Wyoming cowboy, acquiring a strong work ethic and constant quality musical exposure.

She attended Southern Virginia University where she double-majored in biochemistry and music, with a focus on vocal studies. Afterward, Shaianne attended East Carolina University for a Master’s in Vocal Performance and Vocal Pedagogy.

Some of her greatest achievements include singing the role of Cinderella in ECU’s opera production of Cendrillon, as well as lending her versatile range to the Soprano section of the internationally award-winning ECU Chamber Singers. Shaianne has performed both domestically and internationally in various vocal styles, including classical, musical theater, choral, jazz and contemporary music.

During her time at ECU, Shaianne also developed a passion for teaching voice and desires to help students find and develop their unique sound by providing them with opportunities for musical enjoyment, exploration and excellence.

Shaianne teaches voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele.
