Josh is a drummer who is originally from Illinois that started playing on pots and pans on the kitchen floor. He eventually saved up and bought his own drum set at the age of 12. In high school and college, he performed in orchestras, pep bands, and marching bands. Josh has also played in various original bands as well as church bands, and has extensive experience with touring, live performances, and studio recording.

He is a graduate from Hillsong College with an advanced diploma in Worship Music Ministry. Josh has experience teaching children and adults of all ages and has even taught drums in Australia for a few years.
